Professional Triathlete Mirinda Carfrae
Mirinda discusses her 9 month experience with PowerCranks. She talks about how she was humbled by the cranks the first ride and how she kept calling her coach to get reassured this was what she should be doing. She talks about how her mileage went down when she should be doing base miles yet this didn't hurt her one bit. And, she mentions the first improvement she saw was in her running, something unexpected in an already elite runner. This interview conducted after the 2009 Ironman World Championship, a race in which Mirinda finished second and set a new run split course record.

Leanda discusses her 3 month experience with the PowerCranks. This interview conducted after her third win at the Escape from Alcatraz triathlon. In it she mentions demonstrable improvements in both her cycling and running that she can see already but that the real goal is to see big improvement in the upcoming Ironman World Championship 6 months hencs.

Professional Triathlete Tom Evans
Tom Evans is a dentist and a professional triathlete. Tom is one of the 18 Ironman professional athletes who won their first Ironman after starting PowerCranks. He started PowerCranks in 2003. He won that first Ironman shortly after completing this video before Ironman Canada in 2004. Always a strong swimmer he discusses the improvements he had seen up to that time in both his biking and running. Since that time he has continued to improve to the extent of having a 4:19 bike and a 2:57 run, whle shattering the course record at the age of 40, in Ironman Florida in 2008.

Michael is primarily a runner who also does triathlons. Before PC's his personal best for the marathon was 2:45. Within a month of being on PC's he dropped that to 2:34. Now, after two years he believes he is capable of 2:27 on the right course and day, despite having dropped his weekly mileage from 110-120 mpw to 65-70 mpw. Listen to this amazing story.

Jamie is a triathlete who was stuck for 5 years with essentially the same time at the same race, the Muncie Endurathon half iron distance race. Patricia is an experienced masters (58yo) runner/triathlete.
