“I must say that I felt like I rode a bike for the first time again when I tried them. Although I got [the] hang of it after a km or so, I found that I had to keep thinking about what I was doing to be able to ride properly. …My plan is to use them as much as possible, starting from a fairly small dose and work[ing] up to be able to do complete rides on them. Hopefully I will be able to use them for every ride after a little while…
…I am finding the cranks very good. The last 2 days I have done 5 hours in total on them. Very hard work, but I can feel some benefits straight away. Feel so smooth on my normal bike after.”

“I’ve now been using PowerCranks for a week. Have to admit that the first rides with them (were not) long ones... I discovered some new muscles though.. :) But, I have improved a bit and (am) now using them in the beginning and a bit in the end of each training. It’s still a long way to go but I’m convinced that they will help me improve (the) imbalance between my legs. And, of course, to improve my pedaling overall…. It’s so much better to train with Powercranks instead of doing one leg drills on normal cranks. This feels so much more effective! Even after this short time I can see improvement in my pedaling. I can just imagine the improvement in the long term.”
